We can offer 2 types of recording; choose between Super 8 film or Digital, or have both!
Super8
Digital

Super 8 Film was developed in 1965 and became the most popular filmmakers tool, due to its amazing colour capture and affordability to the masses. Nowadays, they are less common due to new, modern cameras, leaving them (nearly) a thing of the past. But we still recognise them as a timeless classic.

Our digital camera never misses a beat. The love, the laughs, and the happy tears... we make sure to get it all. The aim is to capture the feeling. Something which is second nature to us.

We love to capture weddings on super 8 to give them that characteristic retro aesthetic, often often evoking a warm sense of nostalgia and timelessness in visual storytelling. Please see an example below from Sarah and Andrew's wedding.

We like to edit the final film to your favourite songs, in any style you like, whatever your preference. We can also mix footage with the best photos from the day, creating a fun mixed media final film. Please see an example from Lily and Sam's wedding below.

Polaroid Photo Book
Well they're just so good.
We have a wide lens polaroid camera which takes detailed snippets of moments that will make you laugh forever. They develop instantly, so we are able to add them to a polaroid book and give it to you straight after the wedding, ready for you to look through first thing in the morning.
Tell us what to focus on - the vibes, the night, the day, or simply a signed photo from every guest.
Confusingly named 'film photography', describes older style cameras that use rolls of film. Alike the Super8 video camera, the photos taken on film cameras have a distinct, timeless quality characterised by rich colors, soft grain, and a unique depth of field. The organic imperfections of film, like subtle light leaks and slight blurriness, lend a nostalgic charm that digital images can struggle to replicate, allowing us to capture the essence of the subject with warmth and authenticity.
Photographs taken with a digital camera have the sharpest quality and vibrant colours. These photos are also the most flexible when editing after the wedding, allowing us to deliver an album of any style, look, or colour palette. They are also the best for prints, as they retain their quality even when blown up to a large size.
